Cape Girardeau police ask for help identifying person

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — The Cape Girardeau Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a person as part of an investigation.

Police released a photo of the individual Wednesday and are asking anyone who recognizes the person to contact Patrolman Blanchard at 573-335-6621, ext. 1416, or by email at JBlanchard@cityofcape.org.

Anonymous tips can be submitted by texting CAPEPD to 847411 or calling 573-339-6313.

Police did not provide additional information about why they are seeking to identify the person.
