Jackson R-2 McTeacher’s Night set for Thursday

JACKSON, Mo., (KBSI) — The Jackson R-2 School District Foundation is inviting the community to support local teachers and students during McTeacher’s Night on Thursday, Aug. 27.

The event will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. at McDonald’s in Jackson.

Customers will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite teacher during the event. The three teachers receiving the most votes will win a McFlurry party for their classrooms.

A portion of proceeds from sales during the event will benefit the Jackson R-2 School District Foundation, which supports teachers and students throughout the district.
