Six Flags St. Louis officially rebrands as Mid America Adventure

EUREKA, Mo., (KBSI) — Six Flags St. Louis has officially changed its name to Mid America Adventure, marking a new chapter for the longtime Missouri amusement park.

The park announced the rebrand Thursday, saying the new identity is intended to honor its 55-year history while focusing on its future as a family entertainment destination for visitors throughout the Midwest.

“Today marks an exciting new chapter as Six Flags St. Louis officially becomes Mid America Adventure,” the park said in its announcement.

Park officials said the rebrand reflects a commitment to creating new experiences for families while preserving the legacy of the park.

The park opened in 1971 as Six Flags Over Mid-America before later becoming Six Flags St. Louis.
