Henry Franklin Memorial Kids SWAT Challenge, Bike with the Blue planned in Sikeston

SIKESTON, Mo., (KBSI) — Families are invited to participate in the Henry Franklin Memorial Kids SWAT Challenge and Bike with the Blue event Saturday, Oct. 10, in Sikeston.
The community bicycle ride will begin at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church parking lot. Riders will meet at 10 a.m. before departing at 10:30 a.m.
The route will follow the bicycle trail from the church parking lot to the Sikeston Sports Complex. Riders of all ages and skill levels are welcome.
The Kids SWAT Challenge will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the complex. Children ages 12 and younger who participate will be entered to win prizes.
Lunch will be provided to everyone attending.
The event is sponsored by the Sikeston Department of Public Safety and Sikeston Parks and Recreation.
