Pulaski County K-9 gives demonstration to Girl Scout troop

PULASKI COUNTY, Mo., (KBSI) — Members of Girl Scout Troop 70590 recently received a demonstration from the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office K-9 team.

Cpl. Johnson and K-9 Sgt. Snitch showed the troop how law enforcement dogs help detect narcotics and track people.

Sheriff Stacy Ball said the demonstrations allow children and adults to see K-9 teams at work and learn how deputies use the dogs. The sheriff’s office thanked the troop for its interest and said the group will meet with the K-9 team again in January.
