Jackson Indian Stadium grand reopening rescheduled for Sept. 22

JACKSON, Mo., (KBSI) — The Jackson R-2 School District has rescheduled the ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand reopening of Jackson Indian Stadium.

The ceremony will begin at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, at the stadium on Deerwood Drive.

Jackson’s home softball game against Poplar Bluff will begin immediately after the ceremony.

The event was originally planned for early September but was postponed because of a heat advisory.
