Semi crash closes KY 91 in Caldwell County

CALDWELL COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — A section of Kentucky Route 91 is expected to remain closed for several hours following a semi crash near Bright Hill Road.

The highway is closed between Kentucky Route 139 at Princeton and Kentucky Route 70 at Fredonia.

As of 2:15 p.m. Friday, transportation officials estimated the closure would continue for another two to three hours because of the cleanup.

A marked detour is available using Kentucky routes 139 and 70. Drivers should avoid the area and allow additional travel time.
