Man charged with firearm offenses after Hayti disturbance

HAYTI, Mo., (KBSI) — A man faces five firearm-related charges after police responded to a disturbance Sunday, Sept. 20, in the 100 block of South Mallory Street.

Hayti police said Clinton McIntyre was arrested and charged with two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, two counts of armed criminal action and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

McIntyre remains in custody on a no-bond warrant issued by Judge William Carter, according to the police department.

The charges are allegations. McIntyre is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
