Saint Francis NICU babies dress up for Halloween

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – Some of the tiniest patients at Saint Francis Healthcare System are getting into the Halloween spirit.
Babies in the hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) are celebrating the holiday with festive costumes, including pumpkins and princesses.
