Tips to stay consistent in your 2023 fitness goals

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – It’s a new year and that means new goals. Many people going be heading to the gym to work on their fitness for the 2023 year.
A local gym trainer at 180 Fitness shared some tips on how to stay consistent this year.
“One of my best tips is to have a workout partner if you have someone that’s expecting you to be there it’s a lot harder to skip your workouts,” said Tamatha Crowson, Trainer at 180 fitness.
