Arkansas man faces child molestation charge in Cape Girardeau County
CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – An Arkansas man faces a child molestation charge in Cape Girardeau County.
Zackary T. Gourley, 20, faces a class B felony of child molestation in the second degree.
Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s deputies responded to an address in Cape Girardeau County about alleged molestation involving a juvenile victim from out of state, visiting family for the weekend on Sunday, April 17.
It was alleged that someone at the home (a non-family member) had molested the juvenile during the early morning, according to the sheriff’s office.
Gourley was arrested. He remained in the Cape Girardeau County Justice Center on a $50,000 cash bond.
