1 dead, 1 injured after motorcycle crash in Carter County

CARTER COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – A Clarkton man died in a crash Sunday afternoon in Carter County.

Chris A. Terrell, 65, was driving a 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle on MO 21 at Highway 60.

His motorcycle traveled off the right side of the road and overturned, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

It happened around 3:20 p.m. on Sunday, September 4.

Terrell was pronounced dead at the scene for Carter County Coroner Joe Chapman.

Terrell had a passenger on the motorcycle who was seriously injured.

Regina A. Hawkins, 60, of Clarkton was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center with serious injuries.
