1 injured in Poplar Bluff shooting, suspect on the run

POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. (KBSI) – Poplar Bluff police are investigating a shooting that injured an 18-year-old man Tuesday.

Officers responded to a call about someone being shot at 6:55 p.m. on Nov. 30 at the Casey’s General Store located at 599 East Pine Street.

When officers arrived, they found an 18-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to a local medical facility and then airlifted to another hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect had fled from the scene.
