1 taken to hospital after school bus crash in Hamilton County
ELDORADO, Ill. (KBSI) – One person went to the hospital after an Eldorado school bus was involved in a crash Friday morning.
According to a post on the Eldorado High School’s Facebook page, one of the school’s buses that was transporting students and staff to the Special Olympics in Mt. Vernon was involved in a crash around 8:30 a.m.
The bus was hit head on south of Dale in Hamilton County.
Students and staff are safe. However, one person was taken to a hospital as a precaution.
