$10k Reward offered for information on death investigation

BUTLER COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI)- A $10,000 reward has been offered for information leading to an arrest or conviction into the homicide investigation of Jessica Holland.
Holland was found deceased in the area of Butler County Road 612 on September 17th, 2020, leading investigators to believe the homicide was planned out.
Sheriff Dobbs says, “One we rely heavily on people who might have seen or heard something who know what happened, exactly who have first-hand knowledge of it.”
An autopsy revealed Holland had been shot multiple times.
Sheriff Mark Dobbs says the investigation comes closer to an end every day, but just a few pieces are missing.
“By no means was it random, this was certainly a targeted death. I think it was something that was planned I don ‘t know over what length of time. at least a few days before, it was definitely something that was planned.”
