19 year old facing several firearms, drug charges in Carbondale

CARBONDALE, Ill. (KBSI) – A 19 year old from Carbondale faces several charges.

Alaye T. Graham faces charges of armed violence, possession of a stolen firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm and firearm ammunition, possession of a firearm without a FOID card and manufacture/possession with intent to deliver cannabis.

Detectives obtained warrants for a home in the 500 block of South Graham Street and another home in the 300 block of South Oakland Avenue.

Carbondale police officers and detectives, with assistance from members of the Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System (ILEAS) Special Response Team, executed the search warrants at the two homes in Carbondale on the morning of November 14.

Graham was arrested at the home on South Graham Street.

No arrests were made at the address on Oakland Street.

Graham was taken to the Jackson County Jail.

The investigations are active and ongoing.
