1Up Food Truck changing the game of dining out

PERRYVILLE, Mo. (KBSI)- A food truck in Perryville is paving the way for a new way of dining.

The 1Up food truck has made the Knights of Columbus parking lot their new home, and made seating and an outdoor fire place for its patrons.

Chef Sam Lacey says that food trucks are changing the game to dining out, “Yeah it’s really nice the other night we were sitting around and we all were in awe that we had almost full seating out here and it was really nice to that this hard work paid off.”

The 1Up food truck is going to be teaming up with the Perryville Knights of Columbus Bowling Alley to serve food to its patrons.
