2.4 magnitude quake shakes southeast Missouri

MISSISSIPPI COUNTY (KBSI) – The United States Geological Survey reports a 2.4 magnitude earthquake in Mississippi County Monday morning.

It happened at 12:43 a.m. two kilometers north, northeast of Wilson City, according to the United States Geological Survey.

It was 6.4 kilometers deep.
