2 arrested, 1 injured after shooting in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – Two people are in custody and one person is injured after shots were fired in Cape Girardeau Tuesday evening.

Officers with the Cape Girardeau Police Department were dispatched to the 1700-block of Bloomfield for multiple reports of shots fired at 8:10 p.m.

Police say a victim is being treated at a local emergency room for reported non-life threatening injuries.

Two subjects were arrested while leaving the leaving the area.
