2 face drug charges after deputy stops vehicle in Marshall County

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – Two men face drug charges after a Marshall County Sheriff’s deputy pulled them over.

Jared Mallory, 40, of Kuttawa faces charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended license and no insurance.

Ryan Renner, 30 of Marion, Ky. faces charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A deputy stopped a vehicle being driven Mallory on January 10.

It was discovered that Mallory was operating on a suspended operator’s license.

The passenger in the vehicle was identified as Ryan Renner.

A sheriff’s deputy found methamphetamine in the vehicle and on Renner, according to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.
