2 face drug charges in Calloway County

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – Two people face drug charges after sheriff’s deputies went looking for a woman wanted on outstanding warrants in Calloway County.

Tammy J. Windsor, 44, of Murray faces charges of possession of controlled substance 1st degree, 2nd offense – methamphetamine (Class D felony), possession of drug paraphernalia, probation violation for felony offense-Calloway warrant and bail jumping 1st degree-Calloway warrant.

Darren L. Brandon, 45, of Murray faces charges of possession of controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense-methamphetamine (Class D felony) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Calloway County Sheriff’s deputies tried to locate Windsor at a home on Lancaster Road in reference to outstanding arrest warrants around 4 a.m. on September 3. Deputies say she was found to be in possession of illicit drugs.

Brandon who was also in the home was found to be in possession of drugs, according to sheriff’s deputies. He was out on bond stemming from similar charges in July of this year.

They were both arrested and taken to the Calloway County Detention Facility.
