2 face drug charges in Scott City

SCOTT CITY, Mo. (KBSI) – Two people face drug charges in Scott City after police executed a search warrant.

Scott City police officers executed a search warrant on East Olive Street during the evening hours of Tuesday, April 18.

Two men were arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tyler Stone faces two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. His has a $20,000 cash or surety bond.

Jody Chaney faces one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He has a $15,000 cash or surety bond.

Formal charges were filed through the Scott County Prosecutor’s Office.
