2 faces meth trafficking, other charges in Graves County

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – Two people face meth trafficking and other charges after Graves County Sheriff’s detectives executed a search warrant.

The detectives executed a search warrant at 2037 Tim Road which is located south of the Symsonia area of Graves County on Thursday at 1:30 p.m.

Leah Rene Herring, 58, of Grand Rivers was found. She was wanted on an active felony indictment warrant out of McCracken County for 1st degree bail jumping. Two additional arrest warrants were also found charging her with failure to appear and a bond violation also out of McCracken County.

More than six grams of crystal methamphetamine, marijuana and related items of drug paraphernalia were found in the home, according to the Graves County Sheriff’s Office.

Another man in the home was identified as Paul S. Griffin, 50, of Ledbetter.

Both Herring and Griffin face charges of trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

They were taken to out of county detention facilities.
