2 men facing kidnapping, burglary, other charges in Marshall County

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – Two men face several charges after sheriff’s deputies say someone was sexually assaulted in Marshall County.
Kelly Harris, 42, of Paducah faces charges of burglary 1st degree, kidnapping-adult, sodomy 1st degree, unlawful imprisonment 1st degree, assault 4th degree (minor injury) (complicity), wanton endangerment 1st degree, rape 1st degree and terroristic threatening 3rd degree.
Joshua Lawrence, 40, of Smyrna, Tenn. faces charges of burglary 1st degree, kidnapping-adult, unlawful imprisonment 1st degree, assault 4th degree (minor injury), sexual abuse 1st degree and terrositic threatening.
Marshall County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to an address on Southern Komfort Road just after midnight on July 18 in reference to a burglary and assault.
When deputies arrived, they were told an assault had already taken place and the suspect left with a possible victim.
Deputies later found Harris and Lawrence.
The investigation is ongoing.
More charges are likely, according to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.
