2 woman face prostitution, drug charges in Paducah

PADUCAH, Ky. (KBSI) – Two women face prostitution and drug charges after they were arreseted a hotel in Paducah on Wednesday.

Santana M. Cole, 30, of Paducah faces charges of prostitution and possession of marijuana.

Mikaya G. Falls, 26, of Bolivar, Tenn. faces charges of prostitution and possession of marijuana.

Wednesday afternoon detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrested two women at a local hotel in Paducah during a prostitution investigation.

On Wednesday, June 21 drug division detectives investigated complaints of prostitution occurring at a Paducah hotel.

Detectives found online prostitution ads posted by women alleging to be in the Paducah area. Two of the ads appeared to be connected and appeared that the women were working together, according to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office.

A undercover detective contacted one of the women and reached an agreement for sex in exchange for money. The woman directed the undercorver detective to a Paducah hotel at 5120 Hinkleville Road in Paducah where she was allegedly staying.

Detectives conducted surveillance in the area and saw two women matching the descriptions of those that had posted online prostitution ads offering sex acts for money.

Detectives confirmed they were two of the women whose photos were posted in the online prostitution ads, according to the sheriff’s office.

Both women were arrested.

Detectives found small amounts of marijuana in the hotel room and a vehicle that was driven by the women, according to the sheriff’s office.

The women were traveling from city to city.

Both women were arrested and taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
