SCOTT CITY, Mo. (KBSI) – The Scott City Police Department recently purchased ballistic vests for the officers thanks to a donation from three local businesses.
Scott City Police Chief Christopher M. Griggs says the “Angel Armor” outer ballistic vests will play a vital role in the protection of the officers.
The purchase was made possible through donated funding from Havco Wood Products, Miller Drywall and Interior Plus.
