3-Month Old Missing Infant Found in Western Kentucky, Mother Arrested

HICKORY, Ky. (KBSI) – After being considered missing, a three-month old infant has been found in western Kentucky. After finding the infant, the mother has since been arrested.
Kentucky State Police (KSP) has stated that on November 17, at 10:46 a.m., dispatch at post 1 in Hickory did receive information from the Cape Girardeau area of a missing infant. The information provided said that the three-month old was reported to be in their home in the Hickory area which is in Graves County.
It’s reported that the infant was ordered into the custody of the Missouri Department of Social Services, however, it was discovered the biological mother was believed to be with the child and left the state of Missouri.
Around 20 mins after receiving the information, the troopers with the KSP discovered the infant child, and the mother of the child with the baby. Police say the infant was safe, and that law enforcement found them at home in Hickory.
The mother is identified as 29 year old Taylor Roldan, from Cape Girardeau Mo. Kentucky State Police says Roldan was a fugitive and had a warrant issued for her arrest in Missouri for Parental Kidnapping.
The Kentucky State Police worked along side the Missouri Department of Social Services, and the Kentucky Department of Community Based Services, insuring the infant was safe. The Kentucky State police also wants to thank everyone who worked together in the case.
