3 people indicted for illegal drug use in McCracken County
PADUCAH, Ky. (KBSI) – Three people are under investigation for involvement with illegal drugs.
In mid-July 2023, detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office conducted investigations into several Paducah people involved with illegal substances.
Detectives identified Sara Denise Fondaw, 49, of Paducah. She is accused of making undercover purchases crystal methamphetamine.
Detectives also identified Randy Bresett, 54, of Paducah as a suspect involved with illegal drugs and firearms.
On Thursday, July 13, police obtained and executed a search warrant for Bresett’s home. Police say they found crystal methamphetamine, marijuana, multiple firearms and other illegal drug paraphernalia.
John Clark, 58, lived on Bresett’s property and detective say he was in possession of crystal methamphetamine, marijuana and items of drug paraphernalia. Clark faces charges for all three possessions.
On Friday, July 28, detectives presented these cases, along with others, to a McCracken County grand jury. The grand jury returned indictments on all three pertaining to the illegal drug investigations.
On Wednesday, August 2, detectives and deputies found and arrested Fondaw, Bresett and Clark based on indictment warrants.
All three were booked in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
