3rd annual One and Done Race held in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – Cape Girardeau Road Runners held the third annual One and Done Race Saturday, Feb. 26 at the Shawnee Sports Complex.

This was the third annual fast and flat USATF CERTIFIED 1-mile race.

Ryan Seabaugh, 17, a junior at Cape Central High School won first place and broke a new Missouri state one mile record. He finished his one mile in 4 minutes and 39 seconds. The previous record holder was 4:51.

Funds raised at this event will aid the Cape Girardeau Road Runner’s efforts to continue to support area youth running programs, as well as the adult running community.
