4 face drug charges after meth, marijuana found in McCracken County

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – Four people face drug charges after a drug investigation that began on Sunday night on Bryant Ford Road in McCracken County.
Jerry L. Powers, 58, of Paducah faces charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, 2nd or greater offense more than 2 grams methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Faith L. Powers, 18, of Paducah faces charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st offense (Carfentanil or Fentanyl derivatives), possession of a controlled substance 1st degree Carfentanil or Fentanyl derivates, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine) and failure to appear.
Bailey R. Scillion, 19, of Paducah faces charges of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance 1st degree Carfentanil or Fentanyl derivatives and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Gavin N. Adkinson, 20, of Paducah faces charges of failure to or improper signal, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree Fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On December 3, detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office received information alleging that illegal drug activities were taking place at 810 Bryant Ford Road in McCracken County.
Detectives obtained a search warrant for the home.
Detectives found Jerry Powers, 58, at the home. They say they found methamphetamine, marijuana and assorted drug paraphernalia when they searched the home.
Powers and Scillion were not present during the search warrant service, were also involved in illegal drug activity that had been taking place, according to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office.
Detectives obtained arrest warrants for both women.
On December 5, detectives saw Faith Powers leaving the Bryant Ford Road home in a vehicle driven by Gavin Adkinson. Detectives stopped the vehicle nearby on Benton Road and arrested Powers.
During the stop, the driver, Gavin Adkinson, admitted that he had Fentanyl on him. Detectives recovered the Fentanyl and arrested Adkinson.
Detectives returned to the home and found and arrested Bailey Scillion on her outstanding warrant. A second search warrant was executed at the home. Inside, detectives found additional Fentanyl pills and assorted drug paraphernalia.
All four people were taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
