4 facing multiple theft, other charges after several vehicle break-ins in Murray
MURRAY, Ky. (KBSI) – Four men face multiple theft and criminal mischief charges after several vehicles were broken into in Murray.
Joemetrion Casey, 20, Isiah Jones, 19, Alijah Frazier, 19, and Dantevious Hill, 20, all of Paducah face charges of one count of fleeing or evading police 2nd degree, 15 counts of theft by unlawful taking contents from vehicle, 15 counts of criminal mischief 2nd degree and one count of engaging in organized crime.
On November 17 at 3:06 a.m, the Murray Police Department responded to a call of subjects breaking into a vehicle.
Officers found a vehicle that had been broken into and located three people who were attempting to hide from the officers. The three suspects then ran on foot from the officers. As the officers chased them, they found another suspect who also ran.
All four of the suspects were caught and detained.
Officers canvassed multiple areas locating vehicles that had been broken into and were able to make contact with many of the victims. Numerous stolen items were also recovered.
They were all taken to the Calloway County Jail.
