4 injured in crash in McCracken County
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – Four people were injured in a crash on Saturday, June 15 in McCracken County.
McCracken County Sheriff deputies responded to an injury crash on Interstate 24 eastbound around the 16-mile marker around 3:48 p.m.
Diane Nedvidek, 37, was driving a 2021 Ford Bronco eastbound on I-24.
Vicki Sharp, 71, was driving a 2019 Buick Encore on I-24.
Nedvidek and Sharp crashed. Both vehicles ran off the road where they overturned in the median of I-24 and the exit 16 on ramp.
Nedvidek and Sharp had to be cut out from their vehicles by mechanical means.
Nedvidek and her two children were taken to a local hospital for non-incapacitating injuries.
Sharp was also taken to a local hospital for non-incapacitating injuries.
McCracken County Sheriff’s deputies were assisted on scene by the Reidland Fire Department and Mercy Regional Ambulance.
