5 face drug charges after separate investigations in McCracken County

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – Five people face drug charges after Drug Division Detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office conducted multiple separate investigations over the course of the last two months.
Drug Division Detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office have conducted multiple separate investigations into individuals involved in trafficking illegal drugs.
On May 10, detectives presented multiple cases to a McCracken County Grand Jury.
Dustin J. Greer, 43, of Paducah faces charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, 2nd or greater offense (greater than 2 grams methamphetamine).
John L. Knight, 44, of Paducah faces charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (Fentanyl), possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 2nd offense (opiates), possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jody D. Crenshaw, 50, of West Paducah faces a charge of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (greater than 2 grams methamphetamine).
Nicholas Shaw, 43, of Paducah faces charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, 2nd or greater offense (greater than 2 grams methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license and no or expired registration plates.
Dexter Fletcher, 36, of Paducah faces charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, 2nd or greater offense (greater than 2 grams methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
