5 holiday scams to look out for

(KBSI) – Holiday scams are in full effect and scammers are getting more creative.  

 Whitney Quick, regional director of the Better Business Bureau, has some tips about shopping online.  

 “When stores sell out you may find the items on these sites like Craigslist or eBay for a much steeper price some sellers will take your money and run leaving you without a gift or money if you shop on Craigslist or other classified sites make sure to look for local sellers and conduct transactions in person,” said Quick.
