5 rescued from floodwaters in Reynolds County

REYNOLDS COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers are assisting Missouri State Park rangers with a water rescue at Johnson Shut-ins State Park in Reynolds County on Tuesday afternoon.

Five people became stranded on a rock in rising flood waters, according to Sgt. Clark Parrott with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The people have been located and are being assisted crossing back to land.
