A shooting incident involving a juvenile is under investigation in Kentucky

HICKMAN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A juvenile is facing charges after a shooting incident took place.

According to the Hickman County Sheriff’s Office last night on October 14, 2024, just before 7:00 pm the Hickman County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of shots fired and a man running from behind Acee’s in Clinton.

After investigation it was found that Deshawn Nettles of Clinton was shot by a juvenile male in an altercation behind Acee’s.

It’s unknown what started the shooting incident.

The juvenile shooter was taken into custody on scene and Nettles was flown to Skyline in Nashville for treatment of his injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
