Adams Shoes to celebrate 100 years in business with open house

MARION, Ill., (KBSI) — Adams Shoes will celebrate its 100th anniversary with a community open house Friday, Aug. 28.

The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the store, located at 410 N. Market St. The Marion Chamber of Commerce will hold a ceremonial anniversary ribbon-cutting at noon.

The celebration will include light refreshments, door prizes and opportunities to share stories with the Adams family.
