Anna man dies in Carbondale motorcycle crash

CARBONDALE, Ill., (KBSI) — A 20-year-old Anna man died Saturday evening after a motorcycle crash in Carbondale, police said.
Officers responded around 6:57 p.m. Aug. 30 to the 800 block of East Walnut Street and found the driver, Raiden D. Webster, unresponsive after striking a curb, according to investigators.
Police said Webster was traveling eastbound when his motorcycle hit the curb, causing him to be ejected. Officers performed life-saving measures before he was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash, which remains under investigation.
