Arkansas man pleads not guilty in 1992 Missouri murder case
BENTON, Mo., (KBSI) — A 52-year-old Arkansas man has pleaded not guilty to murder charges in the 1992 shooting death of Mischelle Lawless.
Leon Lamb entered the plea Monday in a Scott County courtroom.
The hearing was limited due to a pending change of venue request.
