Armed robbery reported in Cape Girardeau
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — Police are investigating an armed robbery reported Thursday evening in Cape Girardeau.
Officers responded to the 100 block of South Park Avenue around 9 p.m. after a victim reported being robbed while trying to buy a game console.
The victim told police that two males approached him, and one pointed a gun at him, demanding money.
The victim handed over about $300 in cash, and the suspects fled.
No arrests have been made. The Cape Girardeau Police Department is continuing its investigation.
