‘Badges Give Back’

CAPE COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – The Badges Give Back Program is designed to support first responders during a crisis or financial hardship.

The program applies to first responders in Cape, Perry, Scott, and Bollinger Counties.

The program will assist financially after a long-term hospital stay, house fire, death in the family, or other situations that could create a financial hardship.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s Office recognized a couple good Samaritans who donated warming kits for deputies to keep in their patrol vehicles during winter.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page says,” These kits will come in handy for those who need some warmth during the chilly weather.”
