Ballard County warns about heavy traffic due to Solar Eclipse
BALLARD COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI)- Ballard County emergency Management has reported heavy traffic starting in Wickliffe due to the Solar Eclipse.
They request to allow plenty of time to travel and use caution.
