BBB warns consumers about Club Car Wash

COLUMBIA, Mo., (KBSI) — The Better Business Bureau is urging consumers to exercise caution when using Club Car Wash, a Columbia-based company with over 200 locations across 11 states.

The BBB has received over 240 complaints about the business in the past 36 months, with 67% related to vehicle damage and 27% concerning membership billing issues.

Club Car Wash currently holds an “F” rating with the BBB, the lowest on its scale, due to a pattern of unresolved and unanswered complaints.

The business has also received 73 customer reviews, with the majority being negative.
