Bell City Fire Rescue assists in structure fire response

BELL CITY, Mo., (KBSI) — Bell City Fire Rescue responded Tuesday evening to assist the Advance Fire Department with a structure fire in the county.

At approximately 7:04 p.m., Bell City crews were dispatched to provide mutual aid. Rescue Engine 3 and Tanker 1, each staffed with full crews, responded to the scene. Firefighters from the Delta and Oran Fire Protection Districts also assisted.

All departments worked together to bring the fire under control and fully extinguish it. Once the flames were out, crews conducted overhaul operations to check for remaining hot spots.

The scene was later declared safe, and all units returned to service.

Officials commended the teamwork among all responding agencies for their coordinated and efficient efforts.
