Bell City schools & more to cancel classes due to illness

MISSOURI (KBSI) — The Bell City School District will cancel classes on Tuesday and Wednesday due to a high number of student and staff absences caused by illness.
Instead, the district will implement Alternative Method of Instruction (AMI) days, during which students will complete assignments provided by their teachers.
Regular classes will resume on Thursday.
Additionally, the district’s students will not attend the FBLA District 20 Conference at Three Rivers College on Wednesday as previously planned. >>>
Due to widespread flu in the area and the Obion County School System being dismissed for the second straight day on Tuesday, South Fulton has postponed its two basketball games with Union City – scheduled for Tuesday night.
A make-up date will be announced at a later time.

The Kelso C-7 School District will be closed through Jan. 29 due to illness.
Trinity Lutheran School will also be closed from Jan. 28-31 for the same reason.
