Bernie man faces sex abuse charges
BERNIE, Mo. (KBSI) – A Bernie man faces sodomy and rape charges.
Adam Counts, 25, faces unclassified felonies of sodomy or attempted sodomy 1st degree and two counts of rape or attempted rape 1st degree.
Counts was arrested on November 8, according to Bernie Police Chief Rick Cook.
He was taken to the Stoddard County Jail on a $75,000 cash only bond.
