Bill Emerson Memorial Bridge goes green for Mental Health Awareness Month
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – The Bill Emerson Memorial Bridge in Cape Girardeau is green.
The Community Counseling Center Foundation in partnership with Cotner Electric, the Missouri Department of Transportation and the City of Cape Girardeau lit up the bridge in green for Mental Health Awareness Month.
The bridge connects Cape Girardeau, Mo. to East Cape, Illinois over the Mississippi River.
