Black Diamond Harley-Davidson earns prestigious gold premier service award

MARION, Ill., (KBSI) — Black Diamond Harley-Davidson’s service department has earned the Gold Premier Service Award, ranking 48th out of 535 Harley-Davidson dealerships nationwide.
The award recognizes top-performing service departments based on customer experience, service efficiency, financial performance and warranty management.
“We strive to provide the best service experience possible,” said Shad Zimbro, owner of Black Diamond Harley-Davidson. “Our customers are part of the Black Diamond family, and we take care of them like we take care of our own.”
The service department is led by Jennifer Hanzel, who echoed Zimbro’s sentiment. “Every bike that comes into our shop is important to its owner, and we take that responsibility seriously.”
As a Gold Premier Service Award recipient, Black Diamond Harley-Davidson will receive official recognition from Harley-Davidson.
