Dead body found in Kentucky Lake
MARHSALL COUNTY, KY (KBSI) – A 41-year-old man was found in Kentucky Lake and pronounced dead at the scene on Jun. 22.
Witnesses claim the man was dropped off to the lake by family members. Boaters on the waters edge noticed he was agitated and throwing rocks. The same boaters went to check on the man three hours later where they discovered him floating outside the dock with his head face down in the water. They began administering CPR and called 911. Rescue squad and Marshall County pronounced the man dead at 12:43 p.m. An investigation is currently ongoing.
The body will be taken to Madisonville on Sunday for an autopsy. The man’s identity is to be released tomorrow.
