Bridle the Gap to host annual fundraiser dinner and silent auction

WHITEASH, Ill., (KBSI) — Bridle the Gap will host its annual fundraiser dinner and silent auction at Whiteash Free Will Baptist Church to support its equine-assisted programs and services.

The organization’s mission is to foster healing connections between people and animals through animal-assisted learning, horseback riding lessons and equine therapy.

Bridle the Gap provides sponsorship opportunities for individuals in Southern Illinois, with a focus on those from low-income households, people living with disabilities, adopted children and those who have experienced foster care.

Funds raised through the event will help support student sponsorships and the maintenance and improvement of facilities that provide equine-assisted services.

The fundraiser will include a pasta dinner and silent auction. Tickets are available online.
